Project Scope

Goodbaby aimed to build
1、To build an Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) that supports classified information display including corporate culture, R&D achievements and supports information portals for different branches which forming a unified work platform for all employees;
2、To build a Business Process Management (BPM) system that including the management of R&D, purchasing, contracts, expenses, logistics and customer service;
3、To build a Knowledge Management System for the enterprise that has industry competitive information, full-text search, knowledge map, experts and knowledge community functions;
4、To build a business analysis and integration platform that includes expense management, plan management, conference management, email management and instant communication.

Project Summary

Weaver helped Mitsubishi Electric to strengthen its cross-regional and cross-departmental collaborations after the nationwide deployment, to improve the existing management capabilities, effectively realize the implementation of R & D management and quality management systems, and efficiently collaborate with suppliers and distributors. Mitsubishi Electric also strengthened its risk management and business analysis capabilities to provide decision support for its development.
