Project Scope

Carrefour is dedicated to build a Personnel Management System to standardize its
1、Personnel transfer management by handling change of personnel positions, adjustment of positions across companies even countries and termination of employments. A unique ID will be assigned to every employee which will be referred to that person’s information.
2、Special Attendance Management by making unified overtime confirmation form to submit the overtime work of an employee, several employees or a department one time, setting flexible leave request rules, and link the leave request to
3、Salary Adjustment Management by importing forms and starting workflows to adjust employees’ salaries in batch, and by adjusting employees’ performance salary to motive them.
